Parallel Universe: Multi-Sensory ART + TECH Installation 20589
Immerse yourself in a hypnotic experience with “Parallel Universe” at ARTECHOUSE. This exhibition in the first solo retrospective exhibit for internationally acclaimed Turkish art studio Ouchhh. Comprised of four installations (three world travelled and one created in collaboration with ARTECHOUSE specially for this show) it blurs the boundaries between visual, acoustic and tactile experiences. During evenings, spark your taste buds with ARTECHOUSE's newest Augmented Reality Cocktails.

Sunday Afternoon Waltz featuring Terpsichore 20569
Waltz Dance in the Spanish Ballroom featuring the ensemble Terpsichore playing a lively mix of folk waltzes with a few other couple dances, including Hambo, Swing, Tango, and Polka.

The 45-minute dance lesson begins at 2:45 p.m. with a half-hour intro Waltz workshop and a more advanced move presented the last 15 minutes. Social dancing follows until 6 pm. $13. No partner required.

Learn more about the legacy of Frederick Douglass from guest speakers including Kenneth B. Morris, the great-great-great grandson of Douglass and co-founder of the Frederick Douglass Family Initiative, David Blight, Leigh Fought, Phil Darius Wallace and Fred Morsell.
